With over 25 years of experience in global management, software sales, and customer service operations, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to coaching DBA students. In my professional career, I’ve coached individuals while managing a team of over 200 global employees, helping them achieve both personal and organizational goals.

I hold a business degree from Laurentian University, an MBA from the University of Ottawa, and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, I coach DBA students through the peer-mentoring program I helped develop for URI’s DBA program.

My unique blend of academic rigor and hands-on industry expertise equips me to guide DBA students through the challenges of balancing research, coursework, and career aspirations.
